Terms of Service

You must provide accurate account information, keep your sign-in details secure, and use the service lawfully. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account.

Robin is intended for people who are legally able to enter into an agreement where they live. If you use Robin on behalf of another person or organisation, you must have authority to do so.

Robin can organise career information, identify job listings, prepare application materials, and help track applications and replies. AI-generated suggestions may contain errors and should be reviewed before you rely on them.

Robin will not submit a job application on your behalf until you review and approve it. You remain responsible for the accuracy of your information and for deciding whether and where to apply.

Job listings, hiring decisions, and third-party websites are outside Robin's control. Robin does not promise that a listing is available or accurate, that an employer will respond, or that you will obtain an interview or job.

You keep your rights to the information you provide. You give Robin permission to process that information as needed to provide the features you choose, including preparing materials for your review and carrying out actions you approve.

If you connect an email, calendar, messaging, or other third-party account, that service's own terms and privacy practices also apply. You can disconnect integrations through the available account controls.

Do not use Robin to break the law, infringe another person's rights, interfere with the service, gain unauthorised access, or send false, deceptive, or harmful applications or messages. Do not attempt to bypass safeguards or access another user's information.

If a feature requires payment, the price, billing period, and any purchase-specific conditions will be shown before you confirm the purchase. Payment processing may be provided by a third party and may be subject to that provider's terms.

Any cancellation, refund, or renewal conditions presented at checkout form part of that purchase. Mandatory consumer rights under applicable law are not limited by these terms.

We may update or suspend parts of Robin to maintain, protect, or improve the service. We will take reasonable steps to communicate material changes to these terms. Continued use after updated terms take effect means you accept them.

Robin is provided as a career-management aid. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service and are not responsible for decisions made by employers, external providers, or users based on information in Robin.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

You may stop using Robin and request account deletion through the account controls available in the service. We may restrict or end access if these terms are seriously or repeatedly breached, subject to applicable law.

These terms are governed by the laws of Mozambique, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you. Disputes will be handled by the courts with jurisdiction under applicable law.
