Depending on the features you use, Robin processes account and contact details; your career profile, preferences, CV, and other materials you provide; saved jobs, applications, drafts, and application history; and messages or events made available through integrations you connect.

The service also processes information needed to operate and protect your account, such as session and device details, and records related to purchases if you use paid features.

We use this information to provide and maintain Robin, match your profile with job listings, prepare and organise application materials, track application progress, respond to support requests, process purchases, and protect the service from misuse.

AI features may process the CV, job, profile, and application information needed to generate an analysis or draft you requested. Review generated content before using it. Robin does not submit an application until you approve it.

Robin uses service providers for AI processing, account sign-in and connected services, email delivery, file storage, and payment processing. These may include OpenAI, Google, Meta/WhatsApp, the storage and email providers configured for the service, and the payment provider shown when you make a purchase. Each provider processes information under its own terms.

Robin sends application information to an employer or external application website only as part of an application or other action you have approved. Robin does not sell your CV or share it with advertisers for their advertising.

We may disclose information where required by law or where reasonably necessary to protect users, the service, or another person's rights.

When you connect an account, Robin processes the information and permissions needed for the feature you selected, such as finding application replies or managing calendar events. You can disconnect the service using the available integration controls; you can also revoke access with the provider.

Robin does not use one fixed retention period for all information. We keep information while it is needed to provide the relevant feature, meet legal or accounting duties, resolve disputes, and protect the service.

You can request account deletion in Robin's account settings. The service schedules deletion and disables new application activity; some records may remain for a period where needed for legal, security, or transaction purposes. You can also disconnect integrations and request help through support.

You can review or update information through the account and profile controls, disconnect integrations, and request access, correction, or deletion of your information by contacting support. We may need to verify your identity before responding.

We use access controls and other measures intended to protect information. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Robin's service providers may process information in countries other than where you live, subject to their arrangements and applicable law.

We may update this policy as Robin changes. We will update the date above and, when a change is material, take reasonable steps to notify you through the service or another appropriate channel.
