Job Description Lead end-to-end logistics operations including inbound, outbound, warehouse, and third-party providers. Drive operational excellence, cost efficiency, process optimization, and regulatory compliance across all logistics functions. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Manage inbound/outbound and warehouse operations; ensure on-time delivery and inventory accuracy - Oversee import/export operations and customs compliance - Monitor 3PL performance and SLA adherence - Lead continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Kaizen, automation, digitalization) - Develop and control logistics budget; deliver cost savings without compromising service levels - Define, monitor, and report on logistics KPIs; implement corrective actions - Lead and develop high-performing logistics teams - Identify operational risks and develop mitigation plans (BCP) - Drive ESG and sustainability initiatives in logistics operations - Champion AI and automation adoption across logistics workflows Qualifications REQUIRED - Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field - Minimum 5+ years in logistics operations, customs regulations, warehouse management, or supply chain PREFERRED: - Leadership and team development - End-to-end logistics and warehouse operations management - Customs regulations and import/export compliance expertise - Lean/Kaizen process optimization - ERP, WMS, and data analytics systems proficiency - Strategic planning and budget management - Risk management and business continuity planning - Stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration - Fluent English (written and verbal) Additional Information #LI-JS2 WD thrives on the power and potential of diversity.
