Job’s Mission As a Senior Field Process Engineer, you will lead advanced process development and optimization at customer sites. Working with customers, Business Units, and global teams, you will resolve complex technical challenges, lead new product introductions, and contribute to customer and business success. Job Responsibilities - Lead advanced process development and optimization using ASM platforms. - Serve as a senior technical contact for customers and understand their future technology needs. - Lead new product installations, qualifications, and site start-up activities. - Define project scope, priorities, resources, and technical risk-mitigation plans. - Resolve complex process and equipment issues through data analysis and root-cause investigation. - Drive improvements in yield, productivity, tool performance, and customer satisfaction. - Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, Business Units, and global engineering teams. - Identify new technical solutions and business opportunities. - Mentor less-experienced engineers and share technical best practices.
