The Role As a North American Sales Representative, you will drive new business for Keystone PACS across veterinary practices, hospitals, and specialty groups in the US and Canada. You will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and discovery through demo and close, and help Asteris grow its footprint in a fast-expanding veterinary imaging market. What You'll Do - Prospect and generate new business through outbound calls, email, events, and partner channels - Run discovery conversations to understand each veterinary practice's needs, imaging workflows, and technical environment - Advise clients on technical requirements and recommend appropriate computer and hardware configurations - Deliver compelling product demonstrations of the Keystone software suite, by web and in person - Manage the full sales cycle, including proposals, negotiation, and closing - Build and maintain a healthy pipeline and hit or exceed monthly and quarterly targets - Travel to veterinary trade shows and to meet prospective and current clients - Stay on top of market trends and share recommendations with internal teams - Partner with Client Success for smooth handoffs, and share market feedback with Product - Keep pipeline, activity, and forecasts up to date in the CRM What You Bring - 2–4+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally selling software or technology - A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets - Strong prospecting, discovery, and presentation skills - Self-motivated and disciplined in a remote environment - Comfortable with a CRM and a data-driven sales process - Ability to travel occasionally for conferences and client visits Nice to Have - Experience selling into veterinary, animal health, or healthcare practices - Familiarity with imaging equipment, PACS, or practice management software - An existing network in the veterinary industry What We Offer - Competitive base salary plus uncapped commission - Comprehensive benefits: medical, dental, and vision, plus basic life, AD&D, short- and long-term disability, and voluntary life coverage - 401(k) program - Unlimited paid time off - Fully remote, work-from-home role - The chance to make a real impact on a growing team in a specialized, mission-driven industry
