Title: Senior Full Stack Java + Angular Developer Key Skills: Java 11/17+, Angular, TypeScript, Microservices, REST APIs, Spring, SQL, RxJS, CI/CD, Git Experience: 7+ years of professional software development experience. Location: Costa Rica or Peru. Modality: Remote only in Costa Rica or Peru. At Coforge, we are looking for a Full Stack SSE Developer (#20904-21-1) with the following profile. Main Responsibilities • Design, develop, and maintain enterprise web applications and backend microservices using Java and Angular. • Build scalable RESTful services and backend integrations. • Develop high-performance user interfaces using Angular, TypeScript, RxJS, HTML5, and SCSS. • Apply OOP, SOLID principles, and design patterns to deliver clean and maintainable code. • Implement unit and integration testing following best engineering practices. • Participate in code reviews and enforce coding standards. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions. • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical and production issues. • Contribute throughout the full software development lifecycle. Required Qualifications • 7+ years of software development experience. • 5+ years of backend development experience using Java (Java 11/17+ preferred). • 4+ years of hands-on experience with Angular (v14+) and TypeScript. • Strong knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), SOLID principles, and Design Patterns. • Experience with Microservices Architecture. • Experience with Dependency Injection frameworks such as Spring, Guice, or Dagger. • Knowledge of asynchronous and non-blocking programming. • Strong experience with RxJS, Reactive Forms, and component-based architecture. • Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and SCSS/Sass. • Experience designing and consuming REST APIs. • Experience working with SQL databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL. • Knowledge of ACID transactions, query optimization, and database performance. • Experience with JUnit, Mockito, Jasmine, and Karma. • Proficiency with Git and CI/CD pipelines. • Experience working in Agile environments. • Upper-Intermediate to Advanced English communication skills. Preferred Qualifications • Experience with Angular 16/17. • Knowledge of Standalone Components, Signals, and OnPush Change Detection. • Experience with Angular Material and CDK. • Familiarity with gRPC and Protocol Buffers (Protobuf). • Experience with Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress. • Exposure to Cloud platforms. • Knowledge of Monorepo architectures and Feature Flags. • Experience with large-scale distributed systems and databases. • Previous experience in e-commerce platforms, pricing, or promotions solutions. • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields.
