Main requirements: - Several years of experience as an Analytics Engineer, with strong foundations in data modelling, SQL, and the modern data stack. - Proven experience building and maintaining dbt models and transformation pipelines, including testing, documentation, CI, and Git-based workflows; ideally within a medallion architecture. Strong understanding of dimensional modelling, semantic layers, and metric governance is required. - Experience defining and governing business metrics and reporting, with a strong focus on accuracy, reconciliation, and traceability; investor or board reporting experience is a plus. - Familiarity with CRM systems such as HubSpot or Salesforce, and with how CRM data is modelled, enriched, and synced with a data warehouse - Strong business acumen and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate business questions into clear technical requirements, explain trade-offs to non-technical audiences, and collaborate across technical and business teams. - Demonstrated readiness for a player-coach role, ideally with experience leading a small data team, setting priorities, mentoring colleagues, and remaining hands-on through technical and design decisions, code reviews, and continuous improvement. Nice to have: Experience with Looker (LookML, explores, and semantic-layer maintenance) or a comparable self-service BI tool, and working knowledge of Python for analytics workflows Soft skills - Level M4: - Strategic Thinking: Translates the roadmap agreed with the Head of the team into concrete priorities and deliverables for ICs. - Leadership & Mentorship: Coaches and develops team members; fostering ownership within the team. - Decision-Making: Owns day-to-day technical decisions in data modelling and the semantic layer, aligning on roadmap and strategic decisions with the Head of the team. - Stakeholder Management: Manages priorities and expectations with business stakeholders and leadership. - Innovation: Challenges existing approaches and introduces better practices and tooling, balancing speed, scalability, and rigour. 💰 Salary At Qualifyze, our salary ranges are transparent internally, and we aim to follow a similar approach externally.
