Kredivo is hiring a Product Manager in our Indonesia Office who will drive the strategy, development, and execution of core financial and credit products. This position will report to the Senior Product Manager and will be accountable for identifying user needs, testing hypotheses, and delivering high-impact product features that align with key business goals. In this role, you will also be responsible for managing the end-to-end product lifecycle, from writing detailed requirements and mapping complex user flows to conducting A/B experiments and managing feature launches. In addition, you will be responsible for cross-functional alignment, working closely with UX design, engineering, data analytics, and business stakeholders to ensure high-quality execution and measurable business outcomes. About the job: - Conduct market research on features across other e-wallets in Indonesia - Lead end-to-end product development of features inside the KrediPay app - Collaborate with other teams within the organization, either in different functions (e.g. engineering, legal, compliance) or intra-organization within Kredivo Group - Communicate with external parties for feature/tool integrations inside the KrediPay app - Together with analyst conduct product analysis and identify areas of improvement - Assist compliance reporting effort related to product and engineering topics About you: - Background in e-wallet industry (e.g. ShopeePay, GoPay, OVO) is a strong point - Software engineering background is nice to have - Possesses strong sense of ownership - Highly analytical and able to draw conclusions from a combination of data points - Ability to work in an ambiguous environment If this sounds like you, we would love to hear from you! #LI-FD1
