Location: Arlington, TX Type: Full-time, Permanent About Us: As a trusted Tier 1 supplier in the automotive industry, we’re passionate about innovation, quality, and efficiency. Our Arlington, TX facility needs a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to lead a diverse team and keep our operations running at full capacity. Who YOU Are: - Strategic Thinker: You’re skilled at effectively analyzing data and trends to plan, forecast, and advise. - Collaborative Partner: You build cross-functional relationships to bring together ideas and drive improvement. - Analytical Problem Solver: You don’t just "fix"; you dig deep to find root causes, evaluate optimal solutions, and make meaningful recommendations. The Day-to-Day: - Lead and supervise Mechanics, MRO, and Janitors on shifts. - Manage fleet vehicles and long-term car rentals as needed. - Oversee on-site contractors and conduct nightly security checks. - Conduct skilled trade testing and prioritize work order requests. - Supervise employees in completing maintenance and electrical repairs safely and efficiently. - Drive world-class preventative and predictive maintenance to ensure maximum equipment uptime. - Ensure employee compliance with Lockout Tagout (LOT) for safety. What We’re Looking For: - Good computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word. - Knowledge of quality procedures and a strong attention to detail. - At least 2 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing, ideally automotive. - Excellent judgment, decision-making, and communication skills. - Problem-solving skills, particularly in analytics and hydraulics. - Ability to multi-task and manage competing demands under pressure.
